Berth Application

When applying for a berth at the port, the vessel’s agent is responsible for all charges related to the vessel and any additional charges incurred from the use of the terminal facilities. By submitting a berth application request, the vessel’s agent expresses their desire to use the facilities under the jurisdiction of the Belize Port Authority and agrees to comply with all applicable tariffs and conditions. This constitutes consent to pay all charges related to the vessel.
